Baking classes

When I was young, my mother always encouraged me to join her in the ktichen.  I would be a her sous-chef and help her with all the little tasks.  Later, she bought me a Wilton cake decorating starter kit and Yearbook.  From there, I went on to learn decorating and also baking.  These became my relaxation hobbies.  Little did I realize that this would one day become my pursued career.

I am not one of those individuals who keeps their recipes and techniques secret.  I share information and I want the knowledge of baking and decorating to be given to the next generation.

From time to time, I conduct baking classes at my home for girls aged 7 years and older.  If you are interested in baking and decorating classes for your girls or yourselves, please contact me via email or subscribe to my newsletter to keep up to date on when the classes will be offered.
