If you’re read the About page, then you already know that I have a cakes and dessert business called Brilliant Cakes. Brilliant Cakes offers flavorful, natural, organic desserts for your needs. I also conduct baking classes and more information on that is available on the Baking Classes page.
I offer a wide range of choices for your every need.
Entirely natural, organic cakes. No hydrogenated fats, no artificial colors or flavors, no corn syrup, alcohol-free. Vegan, gluten-free cakes upon request.

Ramadan Delight – Chocolate and date cake with a toffee pistachio crunch
Chocolate Explosion – Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and toffee almond crunch
Strawberry Surprise – Vanilla cake with swiss buttercream or chantilly cream and fresh strawberry filling
Pina Colada – Pineapple cake with coconut. Swiss buttercream or chantilly cream filling
Lemon Coconut – Lemon cake with coconut. Lemon curd filling
Black Forest – Chocolate cake with chantilly cream filling and cherries
Chocolate Torte – chocolate torted cake with chocolate glaze
Pound cake – vanilla pound cake
Naan khatai – Pakistani cookies

All cakes can be made with swiss buttercream, chantilly cream or fondant covering.
